Radio North Tees - Fundraising

As a fully self-supportive Registered Charity, we receive no regular financial support from either the North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Trust or other organisations. Instead, we rely entirely upon the support of our members and listeners to enable us to maintain a fully sustained service year on year.

Running a Hospital Radio Station is an expensive business. Besides the day-to-day running costs, we have to ensure funds are in place to pay for Insurance, HBA Membership, and, most importantly, Music & Computer Software licenses.

As part of our commitment to being accessible to all members of the local community, including those who are less able-bodied, we are currently seeking funding to be made available to enable a full complex refurbishment to take place, the cost of which is estimated at approximately £50,000.
