Radio North Tees - Application Process

The Application Process is made up of three stages:

1. Completion of the Application Pack, comprising of:
· The Application Form
· Health Questionnaire
· Confidentiality Declaration
· CRB Disclosure Form. Please ensure that you bring with you the required documentation for us to be able to complete the CRB Form at your interview. Details of what is required can be found in the ‘CRB Guidelines’ document. Please download this, and the other forms, from the 'Important Documents' section, and return the completed documents to our Membership Secretary.
2. Subject to satisfactory References, you will be called to an Informal Interview, normally within 2 weeks from when we receive your completed forms.
3. We need to be in receipt of a satisfactory clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) before we can confirm your acceptance as a Member of Radio North Tees.

The Trustees of Radio North Tees are unable to consider applications from anyone under the age of 16, or who fails to satisfy the minimum requirements of the CRB.
